Lions Gate CCRC is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to join our Skilled Nursing team for the overnight shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional who takes pride in providing quality care, supporting residents overnight, and working as part of a dedicated healthcare team.
Position Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care to residents in our Skilled Nursing department
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition, responding appropriately and promptly
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff to ensure residents receive excellent care
Respond to overnight resident needs and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
Qualifications
Current New Jersey LPN or RN license in good standing
Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or senior living experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team
Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to resident care
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in an overnight healthcare environment

Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
