Full-Time Overnight Security Officer

Pay: $21.63/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM - 40 hours/week

Securitas is hiring an Overnight Security Officer to support a large corporate manufacturing facility in Stratham, NH. This position is a great fit for someone who is dependable, observant, and comfortable working independently in a busy facility with established security procedures.

What You''ll Do

• Monitor and control access to the facility
• Conduct scheduled interior and exterior security patrols
• Monitor activity throughout a large manufacturing environment
• Observe and report unusual, suspicious, or unsafe conditions
• Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, and security concerns
• Assist employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors as needed
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Follow established site procedures and post orders

What We''re Looking For

• Strong reliability and professionalism
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout an overnight shift
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and making appropriate decisions when needed
• Comfortable using basic computers and electronic reporting systems
• Ability to walk and patrol throughout a large facility
• Security experience is welcome, but not required

Securitas provides training to help you succeed in the role and offers opportunities to build experience and grow within the security industry.

Valid NH Security Guard license/guard card preferred, but not required. Candidates without an active NH guard card must be willing to complete the New Hampshire licensing process, including a trip to Concord. The licensing process averages approximately two weeks. The total licensing cost is $40 ($35 personal non-reimbursable cost and $5 reimbursed by Securitas). No fingerprinting is required.
