    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re building the next chapter of our ALS program—and we’re looking for one exceptional clinician who want to be part of it. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strong, evolving culture alongside a dedicated team that’s already doing great work in the field. If you’re motivated to bring high-level clinical care, professionalism, and a team-first mindset, we want you at the table as we continue to raise the bar.

    • Current Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Paramedic certification and a clean, insurable motor vehicle record
    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hospital teams, venue partners, and public safety agencies
    • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service
    • Adaptable and eager to learn in fast-paced, dynamic operational environments
    • Positive, driven professionals motivated to contribute to a growing and evolving EMS system
    • High standards of professionalism and reliability, with consistent accountability and follow-through

    WHAT YOU'LL DO (brief overview):

    • Provide medical care and direction for interfacility, special event and 911 response.

    • As a Paramedic II, you won’t just provide advanced patient care — you’ll also help shape the next generation of clinicians. Field training is a core part of this role, with opportunities to mentor EMTs and new providers during regular shifts. This responsibility is built into the position and reflects the leadership expectations of our Paramedic II team.
    • Deliver excellent customer service and compassionate care, ensuring patients, families, and partners feel supported throughout the transport experience.
    • Participate in a variety of calls, including but not limited to, IFT, complex patient transports (ventilator), 911 overflows, special event transports, etc.
    • Respond to high transport volumes from Colorado Springs Area Hospitals. We are an all encompassing service, including both short local transports and long-distance transfers to, and from Denver.

    • Collaborate with our partners within numerous hospital systems, and local fire agencies, helping strengthen patient care pathways and team integration.

    • Work in dynamic mountain conditions—where weather, altitude, and unpredictable environments demand adaptability and skill.

MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years of full-time equivalent paramedic experience required. Current State of Colorado Paramedic Certification. Current Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check. EVOC certificate provided in-house, ACLS Required, PALS preferred. Post offer, pre-employment drug screen required. Must have proven experience driving in winter, mountain conditions. ICS certifications preferred. Technical aptitude required.

At Stadium Medical, clinicians experience EMS in ways most providers never do. We work alongside hospital partners, provide care at professional and collegiate sporting events, support major concerts and venues, and serve mountain communities across Colorado.

You won’t be sitting on a street-corner post — you’ll be part of an integrated EMS system delivering care in urban, rural, and mountain environments.

    Welcome to your new office.
