COMPENSATION: $27.66-$37.26/hour based on previous experience + scheduled overtime pay. $1.50/hour differential added for night shift starting at 1800, or later.

An Extra Seasonal Bonus:

Employee will receive a bonus of $8,000 to be paid the next pay period following completion season on 5/17/27 under the following guidelines.

1. Employee will work the total of a Full Time equivalent shift for the seasonal role between October 13, 2026 and May 17, 2027. For an employee who starts work after the 13th of October, 2026, they will receive a retrograded bonus structure, calculated from date of first shift to May 17, 2027.

2. Employee must be in good standing and comply with all policies outlined in Stadium Medical's SOPs throughout the season. Receipt of a written corrective action, or a pattern of behavior inconsistent with being a good employee and team member, will result in forfeiture of the end-of-season bonus.

3. Employee is allowed to take a leave of absence if the LOA is a call to return or deploy to active military duty; any other form of LOA will result in the loss of end of season bonus.

SCHEDULE: Front Half and Back Half 36/48 alternating Wednesday's. 0600-1800, 1200-0000 and 1800-0600 options available.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (brief overview): 

• Provide medical care and direction for interfacility, special event and 911 response.

• As a Paramedic II, you won’t just provide advanced patient care — you’ll also help shape the next generation of clinicians. Field training is a core part of this role, with opportunities to mentor EMTs and new providers during regular shifts. This responsibility is built into the position and reflects the leadership expectations of our Paramedic II team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and compassionate care, ensuring patients, families, and partners feel supported throughout the transport experience.
• Participate in a variety of calls, including but not limited to, IFT, complex patient transports (ventilator), 911 overflows, special event transports, etc.

• Respond to high transport volumes from St Anthony Summit Medical Center. We are an all encompassing service, including both short local transports and long-distance transfers to, and from Denver.

• Collaborate with our partners within numerous hospital systems, and local fire agencies, helping strengthen patient care pathways and team integration.

• Work in dynamic mountain conditions—where weather, altitude, and unpredictable environments demand adaptability and skill.

MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years of full-time equivalent paramedic experience required. Current State of Colorado Paramedic Certification. Current Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check. EVOC certificate provided in-house, ACLS Required, PALS preferred. Post offer, pre-employment drug screen required. Must have proven experience driving in winter, mountain conditions. ICS certifications preferred. Technical aptitude required.
