Brightstar Care of Hunterdon County is seeking a Full-Time Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)/Caregiver. We have immediate openings in Hunterdon and Warren County across multiple shifts (morning, daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, etc).Qualifications:CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certification valid in NJDriver's License. Experienced driver with a reliable vehicleStrong communication skills and an ability to build positive relationships with clients and their familiesExcellent communication skillsCompassionate and patient demeanorWillingness to travel between multiple countiesResponsibilities:Willing to assist in a home care settingProviding assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and assisting with measurements, if necessaryLift and carry up to 40lbs. of equipment for extended periods of timeWalk or stand for extended periods of timeProviding assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shoppingAssisting the client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care and documenting observed changes to the Director of NursingBenefits:At Brightstar Care, we value our employees and care about their well-being.
