Direct Support Professional (DSP)
$16–19/hour | Overnight Sleep Shifts $12/hour

No experience? That's okay—we provide paid training and certifications!
What You'll Do
Support individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
Build positive relationships while encouraging independence
Assist with community outings, appointments, and transportation
Implement individualized support plans
Monitor progress and complete daily documentation
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve
Participate in ongoing paid training and professional development
Work as part of a supportive team dedicated to making a difference
Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($16–19/hr)
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($16–19/hr)
Graveyard Shift: 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM ($12hr$)
Currently Hiring For
Full Time: 7:00am-3:00pm Sunday-Thursday (male)
Part Time Weekend: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm (Pay Differential)
Part Time Weekdays: 3:00pm-11:00pm
Part Time: 11:00pm-7:00am
Services are provided in participants' homes and throughout the community.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
We're looking for compassionate, dependable people who enjoy helping others.
Requirements
At least 18 years old
High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete required documentation
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Ability to assist individuals with mobility and activities of daily living, including lifting, pushing wheelchairs, and providing physical support when needed
Ability to observe behaviors and accurately complete documentation
Able to meet health and employment requirements
Preferred
One year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (not required)
