Job Description
PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, and hospice services. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes. You will administer medications and treatments, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and educate patients and families.
