Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a critical access facility in Aberdeen, South Dakota. This position is ideal for experienced CRNAs with strong OB skillsepidurals, central lines, and blocks are essential. Join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive rural hospital setting.
Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and obstetric procedures
Administer regional anesthesia including epidurals and spinal blocks
Insert and manage central lines and perform ultrasound-guided nerve blocks
Monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthetics as needed
Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols
Demonstrate strong communication and leadership within the care team

Education & Certification Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthetist program approved by the AANA
Licensed and registered as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the State of South Dakota
Must have current ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
Proven experience in OB anesthesia and critical access settings preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability essential

Physical & Interpersonal Demands

Must be able to assist patients using proper body mechanics
Requires a high level of social sensitivity and professional communication
Independent judgment and initiative are key to success in this role
