Job Responsibilities:

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Providing medication counseling to patients
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Skills Required:

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of West Virginia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with electronic health records systems
