UT Health East Physicians, CVC Clinic is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant (or Nurse Practitoner) to join our cardiology team at UT Health Three Lakes.
About the Position:
- 2-5 years of cardiology experience required
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12
- 16-25 patients per day
- Outpatient
- Located at our Three Lakes Clinic
Duties:
- Evaluate new and established patients with cardiac conditions.
- Perform comprehensive history and physical exams.
- Diagnose and manage common cardiovascular diseases,
- Order, interpret, and discuss diagnostic tests
- Coordinate care with cardiologists, primary care providers, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, and cardiac surgeon
- Provide risk factor modification and preventive cardiology counseling
