Position Title Full-Time Pizza Cook/Server - Student Dining Job Description
- Position works 6:00 a.m.to 2:30 p.m. and every other weekend.
- Responsible for assisting with set up of the dining hall in the morning.
- Prep and bake pizza for the main dining hall.
- Position also do the prep for pizzas in catering, concessions, and any other special events.
- Responsible for daily tracking of pizza consumption using the food production logs.
Required Qualifications
- Performs the duties in an efficient and positive manner.
- Meets the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer.
- Reliable, efficient with math.
- Follows state health department guidelines and dress codes.
- Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety based on the Ohio revised code or Serv-Safe certified.
Physical Demands
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Bending, lifting and standing for several hours at a time.
