ALLBRITE Pools is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Pool Store Sales Associate to join our growing team!
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with pool supplies and equipment
Perform computerized pool water testing (training provided)
Recommend chemicals and products based on water test results
Operate the cash register and process transactions
Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store
Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
Assist with inventory and daily store operations
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Pool industry experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be available to work Saturdays
