Full-Time Post-Acute Physician Role

Role Overview

· Position: Full-time post-acute care physician (5 days/week)

· Location: Skilled nursing facilities in Monroe, Michigan

· Pay: $230,000 – $275,000 estimated annual fee-for-service range with uncapped productivity bonuses

· Support: 3-month onboarding, field mentor, and dedicated leadership training

Main Duties

· Assessments: Complete physical exams and medical histories

· Rounding: 15-20 patients a day

· Care Plans: Build and update personal treatment plans

· Teamwork: Work alongside nurses and care staff

· Communication: Guide patients and families through health steps

· Charting: Keep medical records accurate and on time

Requirements

· U.S. Citizenship

· Licensure: Active Michigan medical license and DEA registration

· Background: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians from post-acute, acute, or emergency fields

· Skills: Clear communication and a strong clinical background
