Process Server/Court Runner
USA Express Legal and Investigative Services is looking for a responsible, organized, and safety-conscious Process Server/Court Runner to join our team. In this role, the driver will serve legal documents in greater Los Angeles area. We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of safe, skillful driving. The ideal candidate will be a reliable person who enjoys being behind the wheel, seeing new places, and meeting new people.
Objectives of this role:
- Deliver documents to designated locations in a timely fashion
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and operational vehicle
- Represent the company positively and professionally in interactions with customers and the general public
- Gain a thorough understanding of the local area and the most efficient routes
Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles to deliver documents
- Use navigational technology to find and follow optimal routes
- Refuel vehicles and ensure they're always ready for use
- Maintain the vehicles in a manner which ensures a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive for extended periods
- Strong commitment to safety
- Excellent navigational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, safe document handling, and efficiency.
- Familiarity with the local area
- Experience using GPS technology
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Experience driving in a professional capacity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
We provide a company car. Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm. Training will be provided. Immediate opening. Compensation: $20.00 per hour
