Full-Time Custodian - Lofts of Mount Washington & South Hills Retirement Residence
Join our team keeping these communities safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Custodian who takes pride in a well-run property - and if you're comfortable with basic emergency maintenance, there's a pay bump for joining our on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning, janitorial work, ground maintenance, and minor repairs
Clear snow from entrances and sidewalks; assist with mowing, trimming, and general landscaping as needed
Monitor trash areas, transport trash to the chute, and swap dumpsters as needed
Qualifications
Valid PA Driver's License required
Prior experience in building/grounds maintenance or janitorial work preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortably bend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits
$16–$18/hour, based on experience and on-call availability
