Full-Time X-Ray Technologist – Rancho Mirage, CA

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected outpatient orthopedic clinic in Rancho Mirage, California, to hire a Full-Time X-Ray Technologist. 

Position Overview
The X-Ray Technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic environment. This role requires strong technical ability, patient care skills, and attention to detail to support accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate images
• Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure radiation safety standards are strictly followed for patients and staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care plans
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging equipment and exam rooms

Education & Certification Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Active California Radiologic Technologist license required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Previous experience in orthopedic or outpatient imaging preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
