Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying and selling properties in the Jacksonville FL area.
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
Prepare and present real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and attract new clients.
Qualifications
Valid Florida Real Estate License
Minimum of 1 year experience in residential real estate sales preferred
Strong knowledge of the Jacksonville, FL real estate market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
