Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do:

  • Help buyers and sellers by negotiating offers confidently on their behalf
  • Always put clients' best interests first and act with integrity
  • Use Brivity (our CRM) to keep track of tasks, client chats, and appointments
  • Follow our proven business development methods every day
  • Join weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls to keep learning
  • Know the ins and outs of pricing, home staging, and other listing services
  • Complete our full Agent Training program with success
  • Meet with potential sellers to walk them through the home selling process
  • Get listing agreements to help clients market and sell their homes
  • Set up meetings with buyers to guide them through buying their new home
  • Secure buyer agreements to show homes, prepare offers, and negotiate deals
  • Share detailed info about properties and neighborhoods during showings
  • Coordinate property visits smoothly with clients and other agents
  • Keep growing your real estate knowledge through ongoing training
  • Stay professional and provide great customer service every step of the way
  • Aim to close at least 2 transactions each month
Qualifications

Preferred Skills
  • 3+ years of sales experience (in any field)
  • Prior experience in real estate or related field
  • Prior experience maintaining a CRM or database software
  • Confident and comfortable making over-the-phone sales calls
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 18+ years old
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Washington State Real Estate License
  • Ability to pass a background check

Please note: Compensation for this role is 100% commission-based.
