Responsibilities
- Grow and work your personal database using proven prospecting strategies, clear accountability systems, and AI-integrated CRM tools designed to help you follow up faster and convert more leads.
- Host open houses and engage inbound leads from our established lead pond to keep your pipeline consistently active.
- Convert leads into clients through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and a consultative approach that creates trust and drives decisions.
- Participate in daily coaching, role play, and 1:1 mentorship to sharpen your skills, refine your scripts, and build sustainable habits.
- Collaborate with Operations Leaders, Virtual Assistants, and Transaction Coordinators to stay focused on income-producing activities — not administrative tasks.
- Leverage full marketing and video content support — including access to our content room — to build your brand and attract clients without adding to your workload.
- Work alongside dedicated transaction coordination and administrative support, a true "well-oiled machine" that keeps deals moving while you stay focused on income-producing activities.
- Engage with the PLACE platform, technology suite, and 90-Day Launch training program to accelerate your ramp and build a scalable business.
- Pursue leadership and growth path opportunities if you're ready to build beyond closing deals — we develop agents into leaders.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license (Arizona)
- Strong work ethic, coachability, and a competitive drive to grow
- Commitment to daily prospecting, follow-up, and database management
- Ability to thrive in a structured, accountability-based environment
- Team-first mindset with the ambition to perform at a high level
- Prior production experience is a plus, but not required — we develop agents at all stages
