Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Grants, NM. This is a fantastic opportunity for compassionate and skilled nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional maternal and neonatal care. Job Description
Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor and delivery process
Monitor maternal and fetal health, administer medications, and assist with pain management
Support physicians and midwives during deliveries and surgical procedures when necessary
Educate and support patients and families on the birthing process and postnatal care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation
Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and clinical expertise
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Education and Certification Requirements
Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico (required)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
