DKMO Law is a long-established, 16-attorney general practice law firm located in downtown Arlington Heights. Our residential real estate group is a high-volume practice that is well regarded in the real estate community, and we are seeking a full-time Residential Real Estate Attorney to help serve our growing client base.We are looking for an attorney who is comfortable managing files from contract through closing, communicating with clients and agents, and helping maintain the high level of service our real estate clients expect. The ideal candidate will have experience handling residential real estate transactions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities include: Reviewing and negotiating residential real estate contractsCommunicating with clients, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and opposing counselCreating and maintaining relationships with referral sourcesDrafting and reviewing attorney review letters, inspection letters, riders, amendments, and closing documentsManaging transaction deadlines and ensuring files move efficiently toward closingReviewing title commitments, surveys, municipal requirements, loan documents, and closing figuresAttending closingsWorking closely with paralegals, assistants, and other attorneys within the firmProviding practical guidance to clients throughout the purchase or sale processQualifications: Illinois law license in good standingStrong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume caseloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyProfessional, client-focused approachFamiliarity with Chicago-area residential real estate practice is a plusDKMO offers a collegial work environment, an established client base, and the opportunity to join a respected and growing real estate practice.Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to Ernie Rose(erose@dkmolaw.com) and Justin Jay (jjay@dkmolaw.com).#J-18808-Ljbffr
