Morgan Composting Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Retail Store Representative to join our team in Evart, MI! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store, providing knowledgeable product recommendations and exceptional customer service
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail floor and product displays
• Educate customers on composting products, soil amendments, and sustainable gardening solutions
• Receive, stock, and inventory incoming merchandise and bulk products
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Support promotional events, seasonal sales, and marketing initiatives in-store

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor
• Interest or background in agriculture, gardening, composting, or sustainability is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including stocking and organizing inventory
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule including weekends as needed
• Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions and inventory
