As a Retail Supervisor, you\'ll be the driving force behind that connection - leading a team of Retail Sales Representatives and Merchandisers to make sure our clients\' products show up exactly where and how they should.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead a team that matters. Hire, train, coach, and develop Retail Sales Reps and Merchandisers, helping them grow while you grow as a leader.
• Build real relationships. Work hand-in-hand with Business Development Managers, Clients, and Store Managers to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
• Make things happen in-store. Oversee product placement, new item launches, shelf standards, and store audits - you\'re the reason things look right on the shelf.
• Own your territory. Schedule call coverage, review reports, and keep your budget on track - you\'re running your own business within the business.
• Be the face of the brand. Champion new items, strengthen trade relationships, and represent our clients with pride and professionalism.

What You Bring

• An Associate\'s degree, or equivalent experience that speaks for itself
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years leading or supervising a team
• Sharp communication skills - written and verbal
• A knack for staying organized and cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with everyday computer tools (Word, Excel, internet)
• A self-starter mentality - you don\'t need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

This is a role for someone who likes variety and movement. You\'ll split time between office work, retail floors, and occasionally warehouse environments - including some cold-storage sections, so a good jacket is your friend. Expect to be active: standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasionally demonstrating or handling products. You\'ll also be on the road, with about 30% travel/driving as part of the job.
