Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to join our team in a full-time, day-shift role. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support positive outcomes in a professional and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
Must have 2 years of Emergency Room Experience and Critical Care.
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, policies, and procedures.
Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and promptly communicate changes to appropriate team members.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in the medical record.
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions as appropriate.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment.
Respond effectively to patient needs, clinical concerns, and emergent situations.
Qualifications
Current and active registered nurse licensure in the applicable state.
Experience in a clinical care setting preferred.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in documenting care accurately and efficiently.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, outpatient, or similar clinical settings.
Familiarity with electronic health records and standard clinical documentation practices.
Experience providing education and support to patients and families.
