    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to join our team in a full-time, day-shift role. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support positive outcomes in a professional and patient-centered environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Must have 2 years of Emergency Room Experience and Critical Care.
    • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, policies, and procedures.
    • Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and promptly communicate changes to appropriate team members.
    • Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
    • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in the medical record.
    • Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions as appropriate.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment.
    • Respond effectively to patient needs, clinical concerns, and emergent situations.

    Qualifications

    • Current and active registered nurse licensure in the applicable state.
    • Experience in a clinical care setting preferred.
    • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
    • Proficiency in documenting care accurately and efficiently.
    • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
    • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Experience

    • Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, outpatient, or similar clinical settings.
    • Familiarity with electronic health records and standard clinical documentation practices.
    • Experience providing education and support to patients and families.
