Healthy Pet Products is an independent natural pet supply store specializing in high-quality nutrition, holistic supplements, natural remedies, and products for dogs and cats. We are looking for a friendly, motivated Full Time Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and help pet parents choose the best products for their pets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge (food, treats, supplements, enrichment, etc.).
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and keep displays organized.
- Assist with receiving shipments and unpacking product.
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming store environment.
- Work collaboratively with a small team.
Qualifications:
- Love for animals and knowledge in natural/holistic pet care.
- Customer service or retail experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and available weekends.
- Willing to expand knowledge about pet nutrition and wellness.
- 18 years and older.
