Responsibilities of the Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Support

  • Assist customers with AT&T mobile needs by guiding them through smartphones and data plans in simple, friendly conversations that support a steady sales flow.
  • Explain AT&T pricing simply by breaking down plan tiers and data options so customers feel confident moving toward a sales decision.
  • Support device selection by highlighting the everyday benefits of AT&T smartphones that align with customer needs and sales goals.
  • Resolve service questions promptly to turn helpful interactions into completed AT&T device and data plan sales.
  • Document customer interactions to keep follow‑ups organized and maintain consistent sales momentum.

Qualifications of a Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Support
