Full-Time Sales Representative

Pay: $60,000-$85,000

Hours: 9am-5pm

Schedule: Monday-Friday

License Required: Yes. Property & Casualty required, Life & Health a plus

We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to add to our growing independent insurance agency. This role is focused on outbound sales activity, including calling prospects, sending follow-up emails, and learning our sales process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and interested in sales, insurance, and a long-term career path.

Leads and lists are provided. We do not expect you to sell to your family or bring your personal network.

Responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls to prospects

Meeting monthly sales quotas

Sending outbound emails and follow-ups

Participating in training

Tracking activity and follow-up notes

Helping with other sales-related tasks as needed

Ideal candidate:

Comfortable making phone calls

Friendly, professional, and reliable

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Organized and able to follow a process

Sales or customer service experience preferred
