What You'll Do

As a Homecare Registered Nurse, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Monitor and assess changes in patients' physical and psychosocial conditions
• Collect, analyze, and document patient health information and nursing assessments
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

? Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

? Current BLS/CPR Certification

? Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray

? Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

? Passion for delivering quality patient-centered care
