As a Full-Time Security Officer, you'll serve as a visible presence at client locations, helping maintain safe, secure, and welcoming environments while representing both Signal of Lincoln and our clients with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and attentive presence at assigned locations
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as required by post assignments
• Observe and report unusual activity, safety concerns, or incidents
• Complete accurate and timely reports using company technology
• Respond appropriately to incidents according to post orders and company procedures
• Interact professionally with clients, residents, visitors, and team members
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and appearance standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow officers

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone capable of using company reporting and communication applications
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening when required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or drive for extended periods as required by assignment
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or hospitality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Comfort using mobile technology and digital reporting tools
• Interest in long-term career growth and advancement opportunities
