Full-Time Service BDC Phone Agent

Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria is seeking a Full-Time Phone agent working with the BDC Service Department. This position may require evenings and some Saturday shifts. Previous customer service experience is preferred.  The right individual will be a self-starter, with a track record of success in delivering customer satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume of inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chats
• Be a liaison between customers and the service department
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects
• Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
• Assist in generating reports and logs

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Positive Attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work some weekend shifts
• Drive to succeed customer expectations
