Overview
NuFace Home Improvements is seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on installation and service work across residential remodeling projects, with a focus on bathrooms, siding, windows, and doors. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service residential bathroom systems, windows, doors, and siding
- Perform on-site assessments and ensure accurate measurements and proper fit
- Complete demolition, preparation, and finishing work as needed for installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation or product issues in the field
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
- Load, unload, and transport tools/materials to job sites
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction (bathrooms, siding, windows, or doors required)
- Strong knowledge of general carpentry and finish work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Understanding of basic plumbing and structural principles (bathroom work)
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and job specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in home improvement, remodeling, or installation work
- Experience working with acrylic bath systems, vinyl siding, or window/door installs
- Customer-facing service experience
