Earnhardt Toyota is seeking a Full-Time Service Scheduler!

Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly individual with an engaging personality to join our team.

As the Service Scheduler (BDC Specialist) you play a key role in our dealership's Service Department. You will provide support to our Service customers by greeting them over the phone with a warm welcome and long-lasting, good first impression that will have them wanting to come back. Success in this role would require you to have a positive attitude, good work ethic, great organizational skills and excellent people skills; because 'people' is our business!

The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 8am - 6pm.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver's license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.

Basic Job Duties:

• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Reach out to customers in the dealerships data base
• Scheduling service appointments
• Filing documents and records
• Any other duties assigned

• Demonstrate the capacity to function in a team environment or individually
• Excellent Customer Service
• Must have open availability
