Full-Time Shipper

The Head Office for Charm Diamond Centres (CJ Limited) is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill an entry-level, full-time role as a Shipper at our location in Dartmouth, NS. 

In business since 1972, and operating over 85 stores across the country, CJ Limited is the largest family-owned Canadian jewellery company and a platinum member of Canada's Best Managed Companies.

Schedule Requirements: 

• This position requires availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm availability. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Process domestic and international shipments using carrier shipping platforms and websites.
• Accurately prepare and manifest shipments.
• Assist with inventory transactions and record keeping.
• Support inventory control processes and related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily shipping deadlines.

Required Skills: 

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Previous shipping, logistics, inventory, or international shipping experience is considered an asset.
