Role Description The Full-Time Showroom Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at the Fancy Fixtures Inc. showroom in Plainview, NY. This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., paying $22.00-$24.00 per hour. This role includes greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the front desk in a professional, welcoming manner. Daily responsibilities involve scheduling appointments, handling basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry, and supporting the sales team with customer intake and information. The Showroom Receptionist will also assist with customer inquiries, provide product information as directed, and ensure a smooth and friendly experience for all guests. This role requires consistent punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
