Job Title: Solar Tech/Assembly Specialist
Reports to: Solar Manager
Location: Arlington, Texas, 76011

ACP is an Employee Owned Company. Since 1986, ACP has manufactured high-quality products for utility, telecom, CATV, government and commercial applications. Our manufacturing capabilities include graphic design, screen printing, fabrication, polyurethane doming, assembly, and we're also the exclusive manufacturer of Concrete Graphics®.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Work hours are 7:00AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday. The job requires a person who is a self-starter and can manage his/her own time and tasks.

Requirements:

*Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills
Production/Managerial Experience preferred
*Good common sense with the ability to evaluate options and make decisions
*Bi-lingual is a plus but not required

Daily Activities will include:

*Producing electronic products.
*Managing Inventory for several products that require more than a hundred parts.
*Learning the basics of solar power.
*Occasionally contributing to the design and production methods of our products.
*Troubleshooting products over the phone and by email with customers.
