Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Masury, OH to help adults and older adults strengthen communication, cognition, and safe swallowing so they can stay connected and independent.

Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate speech/language, cognition, and swallowing; develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based treatment for dysphagia and communication needs
- Document thoroughly in the EMR in line with Medicare rules and facility standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered goals

Required qualifications/skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP credential
- Adult/geriatric experience; strong dysphagia assessment and treatment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare documentation requirements; strong communication and teamwork
