Full Time Starbucks Manager

Location: Jerry's Foods Edina

Reports to: Assistant Store Director

Classification: 663 Classified Assistant

Rate of Pay: $31.33 / hour

Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:

• Prepare Starbucks products including a variety of coffees and breakfast foods
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) and manage shrink
• Assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full
• Train and develop future coffee employees
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

FREQUENT: 15% or more of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.

OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift.

FREQUENT:

Physical

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 1500 force lbs.

(unloading supplies)

• walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting

• repetitive motion: turning, bending

• coffee equipment operation

Mental

judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math, basic computer skills

OCCASIONAL:

Physical

lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., using a stool/ladder, kneeling

ENVIRONMENTAL:

extended exposure to varied temperatures and potential wet surfaces
