Full-time store associate position offering 30+ hours/week with starting pay of $18.50/hour, increasing to $19.00 in Year 2 and up to $20.50 by Year 5.

Physical demands include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating equipment, and working in various environments.
Qualifications include strong customer service skills, equipment proficiency, good communication, basic math, reliability, and availability. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
