Seeking motivated individuals for a Store Manager Trainee program to develop leadership skills and manage a retail store.
Full-time role, approximately 45 hours/week, with starting wage of $31.75/hour and potential first-year earnings up to $105,500 including bonuses.
Responsibilities include team development, operational oversight, customer and employee concern resolution, hiring, training, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Must demonstrate leadership, communication, and organizational skills, operate store equipment, and handle physical tasks. Prior retail and management experience preferred.
