Full Time Summer Painting Positions

Position Overview:

The position for consideration is a full time, summer seasonal position. This is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on experience in completing group projects, budget management, effective marketing, and customer service.  You will get the opportunity to work outdoors with other like-minded individuals while earning a good hourly wage. Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary! 

Those found with leadership experience may be selected from the interview process as a Job Site Manager, in which you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in leading your own crew of several painters.  Ask to be considered for this if you feel you might be a good fit.  Both Painter and Job Site Manager positions can lead to future opportunities with College Pro.

Responsibilities:

• Apply paint, stains, and coatings to exterior of homes
• Complete group projects 
• Hit budgets
• Provides great customer service

Requirements:

• Hard working and competitive individual
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Organizational skills
• Strong desire for leadership
• Athletic and active a plus
• Able to work full-time throughout the summer (40 hours/week).
• Must have own transportation (job site locations will change).
• Manual labor required.
• Cannot be afraid of heights.

Compensation:  Hourly plus bonus potential
