Location: Inpatient Facility - Saranac Lake, NY
Positions Available: Full-time Team Lead
Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Range Levels:
CASAC Advanced to CASAC Masters: $62,353/year to $72,000/year MHC / MSW: $67,000/year to $68,000/year LMSW / LMHC / LCSW: $75,000/year to $100,000/year
Education and Training: Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field and a NYS Qualified Health Professional with two years of experience in addiction treatment. CSW, Psychiatric Nurse or Psychologist preferred with training and experience in chemical dependency treatment. Must be computer literate.
Essential Duties:
Provide and document regularly scheduled clinical supervision to assigned staff, including appropriate documentation of supervision notes and completion of Annual Performance Reviews on a timely basis. Assure coverage of regularly scheduled treatment services in the absence of staff. Train and orient new staff. Assist with facilitation of Monthly House Meetings. Assure that all primary case management responsibilities are met by supervised staff. Provide problem solving/intervention for clients on an as-needed basis. Share responsibility with other senior staff for weekend on-call coverage. Coordinate discharge process for clients with unsuccessful completions. Assure and monitor communication between shifts. Conduct weekly staff meetings, case studies, treatment team review meetings and in-service training as needed. Assure compliance with State, Federal, CARF standards/regulations and SJRC policies and procedures. Supervise Residents Committee. Maintain continued professional education. Actively participate in meetings, committees and quality assurance activities. Conduct didactic lectures related to chemical dependency. Conduct individual counseling and case management as needed. Maintain current NYS license(s) and/or credentials as appropriate. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Inpatient Services Director.
