One Vision is seeking a Thrift Store Manager to lead our Fort Dodge Thrift Store!

As the Thrift Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily operations, including:
Managing store performance - product flow, inventory, and merchandising.
Leading your team - supervising, training, and developing employees and volunteers.
Delivering customer & donor satisfaction - ensuring positive, mission-centered interactions.
Tracking results - monitoring KPIs, sales, and budget goals to drive growth.
Creating a positive environment - keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming.
5+ years of retail sales experience.
3+ years of leadership/management experience, including at least 1 year of running a retail store (thrift preferred).
Background in financial oversight, inventory control, and merchandising.
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
Comfortable with the physical side of retail (lifting, bending, standing, moving items).

Our store hours are 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Manager availability will align with store needs.
Closed Sundays and all major holidays.
