We are seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services for a private gated HOA community. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for residents, guests, and property while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gated entrances and community access points
• Verify resident and visitor access
• Conduct routine patrols of the property
• Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents
• Complete daily activity and incident reports
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and emergencies
• Enforce HOA rules and property policies

Requirements

• Valid Guard Card (required)
• Previous security experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
