Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-Ray imaging procedures
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during exams
- Operate radiology equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain accurate imaging documentation within the EMR system
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare staff
- Follow radiation safety and infection prevention protocols
- Prepare imaging rooms and equipment for procedures
- Deliver compassionate and professional patient care
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal imaging regulations
Education & Certification Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Active California X-Ray License required
- ARRT (R) Certification required
- California Fluoroscopy License required
- Current BLS Certification preferred
- Previous hospital or clinical imaging experience preferred
