Full-Time X-Ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist) for one of our valued healthcare partners in Flagstaff, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic imaging team while living in one of Arizonas most scenic and adventure-filled locations.
Position Overview
The X-Ray Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Prepare and position patients for imaging while ensuring comfort and safety
- Operate radiologic equipment and ensure proper image quality
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized imaging department
Education & Certification Requirements- Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- Active Arizona Radiologic Technologist license required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum of 12 years of recent X-ray experience preferred
