In this role, you will support our mobile clients by helping prepare mobile devices for our clients- healthcare workers, businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations who will use these devices to stay connected. In addition, youâll help us manage device inventory and ensure every order is shipped with precision. You will work within a collaborative environment that prioritizes hands-on training and provides the tools necessary to ensure our clients have excellent experiences with their device management.

Compensation:
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Base rate of pay will be $20.17-22.11/hr. (Roughly $42,000-46,000 annually) with occasional pre-approved overtime possible. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives that will be paid at company discretion.
Work Location and Schedule:
This position is based in our Pittsburgh (Greentree), PA office. Our office has free parking and is accessible via public transportation. This is a fully in-person role requiring the ability to work from the office Monday-Friday. Position is typically scheduled for 9:30AM-6:30PM.
As our Fulfillment Specialist, you will:
â Prepare smartphones, tablets, and accessories for shipment, including installing screen protectors, cases, recording device ID numbers.
â Package and label orders accurately.
â Track inventory and maintain organized records.
â Help ensure customers receive the correct devices and equipment.
â Work with team members to solve customer issues.
â Learn industry-leading mobile technology and device management systems.
â Work in our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse five days a week. The nature of this role requires on-site work.
What We're Looking For:
â High School diploma or equivalent educational experience
â 1 year of prior experience in shipping, warehousing, retail, customer services, logistics, tech support or other related experiences preferred
â Familiarity with smartphones and tablets is helpful. Training will be provided on company systems and processes.
â Customer service skills with a focus on resolution and follow through.
â Comfortable using computers and learning to use new software programs
â Team player mentality, able to work with all people.
â A desire to learn and willingness to always help.
â Reliably perform job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects to meet deadlines.
â Skilled at developing positive relationships and rapport with all clients and LINQ team members.
â Ability to think analytically to identify trends and take appropriate actions.
â Demonstrated detailed orientation, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily/weekly structure in schedule.
â Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and performance requirements.
â Must be able to commute to our Pittsburgh, PA office each workday.
