- Demonstrated experience workingdirectly with front office trading users or similarly demanding business users,supporting itertive design and rapid feedback.
- Strong UX ownership across the fulllifecycle, including user journey mapping, workflow and interaction design,wireframing and translating complex risk and financial data into intutiitve,usable user interface.
- Understanding of accessibilityfundamentals and usability best practices in enterprise applications.
- Exposure to React in enterprisefront-end environments
- Good understanding of microservicesand API integration patterns (REST-Based)
- Working knowledge of SQLs and No/SQLdatabases to support UI Data consumption and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CDpipeline, and modern front end build tools
- Strong understanding of webperformance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
