Fullstack App Developer

The position is hybrid per the manager : The position is listed as hybrid because team members come into the office as needed for meetings with business partners. Currently, we do not have sufficient office space for all leased workers to be onsite Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• The Full Stack Application Developer designs, develops, and supports modern business applications and data-driven digital solutions for Power Delivery. The role combines UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, data integration, and Agile product delivery. The developer works directly with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and data engineers to deliver scalable, intuitive, production-ready applications.

  Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX discovery, user research, requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, design-thinking sessions, user journeys, personas, process flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design accessible, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile applications.
• Develop reusable front-end components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform, and OutSystems.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, services, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Integrate applications with Databricks, relational databases, cloud platforms, and governed data assets.
• Develop/support SQL, ETL/ELT, and data integration solutions.
• Participate in Agile product delivery, backlog refinement, solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and production support.
• Follow accessibility, security, performance, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and platform governance standards.
• Recommend improvements to application architecture, usability, automation, and user experience.

• Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Analytics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in application development, software engineering, or digital product development.
• Experience delivering customer-facing or business-facing web applications.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders from concept through deployment.

• Required Technical Skills

  UX/UI: User Research, User Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, Personas, Design Thinking, Figma/Adobe XD or equivalent.

  Front End: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design.

  Application Platforms: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform, OutSystems.

  Data & Integration: SQL, REST APIs, ETL/ELT, Data Integration Patterns, Relational Databases, Databricks Integration.

  DevOps: GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Automated Testing.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Utility industry or Power Delivery experience.
• Experience developing analytics applications.
• Experience integrating Power BI and Databricks.
• Experience with enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience supporting Product Management and Agile teams.
• Experience with Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform.
