Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Duration: 18-Month Contract-to-Hire

Location: Atlanta, GA | Charlotte, NC | Winston-Salem, NC | Greensboro, NC | Richmond, VA | Orlando, FL

Required Pay Scale: $70-$80

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and backend development experience, along with expertise in APIs, microservices, databases, cloud technologies, and Agile development practices.

The selected candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. This role also provides opportunities to work with enterprise HR technology platforms and participate in cloud modernization and automation initiatives.

Project Details:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Build responsive front-end solutions and scalable backend services.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement secure, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.
• Participate in application architecture and design discussions.
• Develop and support integrations between enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and interfaces.
• Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions.
• Contribute to cloud modernization and automation initiatives.
• Support enterprise HR technology platforms, including Workday, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, Talent, and Workforce Management applications.
• Learn and configure Adaptive Planning modules as part of ongoing cross-training.
• Partner with business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Must Haves

• Support enterprise HR technology platforms, including Workday, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, Talent, and Workforce Management applications.
• Learn and configure Adaptive Planning modules as part of ongoing cross-training.
• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience in workday
• Strong experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools, technologies, and programming languages.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Rally Agile.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting HR, Finance, Payroll, or Workforce Management applications.
• Knowledge of data integration platforms and ETL processes.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Exposure to cloud modernization and automation initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
