Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing:


Proactively generate new leads through referrals, social media, marketing campaigns, and local networking


Contact and qualify prospective clients via phone, email, or in-person


Conduct detailed needs analysis and offer smart solutions across personal (Auto, Home, Life) and commercial lines


Use platforms like AgencyZoom and EasyLynx to quote and track your sales


Follow up consistently and nurture client relationships


Cross-sell, upsell, and handle renewals with excellence


Stay sharp on product knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations


Deliver an unmatched client experience that leads to retention, referrals, and real impact

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:


Active Montana Property & Casualty License (Required)


Life & Health License (Preferred, but not required)


23 years of experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field


Proven ability to meet and exceed production goals (minimum: $30,000 in monthly premium)


Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills


Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs (preferably AgencyZoom), carrier quoting platforms, and digital tools


Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven


Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team


Strong understanding of carrier products, underwriting, and compliance requirements


A genuine commitment to client-first service, quality coverage, and long-term relationship building


Must attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching (virtual or in-person)
